History Gets Re-written!

Go4customer was launched in March 2004 as the BPO subsidiary of Cyfuture with the vision of transformational service delivery in the sector. This vision soon began to be realized when the company graphed new heights of success which began to be reflected in the subsequent years. In March 2005, Cyfuture started construction of the new state-of-the-art 1000-seater facility for Go4customer at Sitapura IT Park, Jaipur after sanctioning VC funding from the Government of Rajasthan.

Go4customer did not only excel in its endeavors but also enlarged its domain of operations. Having started from offering impeccable inbound call center services, it started offering stupendous outbound call centers as well as web-enabled services. Go4customer never looked back since then and was awarded as the best IT/ITES company by the Government of Rajasthan. The infrastructure expanded from one center in Jaipur to multiple software development and BPO centers in Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Noida. In 2006, Go4customer partnered with Microsoft Inc.

During the last decade, Go4customer has changed the way people think about the BPO industry. It has single-handedly shifted the fulcrum of market dynamics in its favor.
