What is RNA (Ring No Answer)?

RNA or ring no answer is the time duration when agents is not at the place to receive or make calls and the calls are not been answered. Sometimes when technical issues happen and there is no one to take or make calls at the work station then the time or the duration is considered as Ring No Answer or RNA. It hampers the productivity and if in case an agent attends any call the issue of quality calls may arise.

Thus, to avoid such kind of situation, it is ordered that no one will attend or make any calls until the situation is completely under control.
