3. Full RPO:

When an RPO vendor manages a company's entire internal recruiting function, including access to all of the provider's resources, it is referred to as Full RPO.

How Does Recruitment Process Outsourcing Work?

A recruitment process outsourcing agreement, which details the project's scope, timeline, cost, and other details, is typically the first step in RPO services. HRM staff and the RPO service provider meet on a regular basis to create or discuss job descriptions.
