What is Outbound Call Types?

There are two types of calling processes to follow by the BPOs. 

These are 

1. Inbound calls and 

2. Outbound calls 

for the outsourcing contact center

An outbound call center services is a process in which agents initiate and make calls to the customers on behalf of their clients. Outbound calls are made for telemarketing, verifications and surveys for products and services which are offered by the clients through manual attempts of executives along with technological implementations of AI-based facilities like chatbot and predictive dialer. The professional customer care executives or agents of call center outsourcing are provided with a customer’s list and they make calls to the customers and ask several questions for verification and survey purposes. 

This process or call types help the companies to get a clear idea about the acceptance of their products and services in the industry, which further helps in administering online image through the attempts of online reputation management. This is one of the important services and offers by most of the BPO outsourcing.
