What is call blending?

Call blending is a technology platform that allows call center agents to make both outbound and inbound calls with ease without having to manually change system controls or settings. It is an automatic system and provides ease of use to call center agents, saving precious time and ensuring maximum availability. In earlier call center platforms, managing inbound and outbound calls required the call center agents to manually change their system settings which consumed a lot of time. Call blending technology helps eliminate this process.
