Inbound call centers take consumer calls and respond to them by answering inquiries, delivering information, and providing technical help. If callers need to speak with you or one of your workers directly, the inbound call center connects them to you.
Inbound call center services are typically charged in one of three ways:
Companies looking for a cost-effective call center outsourcing alternative in the age of the sharing economy. The corporation only compensates for the number of minutes an Advisor spends on the phone with a customer in this procedure. Low-cost international agencies charge $0.27-$0.45 per minute, whereas the United States and Canada charge $0.75-$1.25 per minute. Shared 24-hour customer service is appropriate for start-ups and SMEs with fluctuating volume or low overall activity.
Dedicated — This option is best for companies who receive a significant volume of calls or that require professional agents due to the process's intricacy. Agents or a team of agents work exclusively for a single client in this procedure. The call centers usually charge per hour for this service. For typical Advisors, these costs range from $8-$15 abroad to $20-$30 in the United States and Canada.
Monthly - This sort of call center price is essentially a subset of "dedicated," but instead of an hourly charge, it is assembled into a monthly rate. This type of pricing is available from several low-cost international contact centers, such as India. It is, however, uncommon in North America and Europe.
Outbound call centers make calls instead of answering them, usually for surveys and data collection, or to generate sales leads or cold calls. Customers may be contacted after completing surveys or filing complaints.
Hourly Rates — For outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting, this is the standard call center pricing structure. In general, rates differ depending on the agency's location. In India, call center outsourcing typically costs $6-$10 per hour. Furthermore, contact centers in Eastern Europe or Latin America often charge between $8 and $15 per hour. Finally, call centers in developed western countries (such as the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada) often charge $20-$30. In these countries, highly specialized, high-level agencies can be hired for $35-$50 per hour on occasion.
Hourly Rates + Commission — For sales programmes, this may be our favorite call center price structure. A combination structure, similar to how you would pay an internal inside salesperson, ensures that both parties have "skin in the game" and typically works effectively to enhance performance.
