What is Cost per Call?

Cost per call is a call center term to find out the total costs incurred to make a single call to a customer of client. It is calculated by dividing the total operational costs incurred by the firm for a certain process divided by the total number of calls made by the allocated resources. The costs would also include all overhead costs. Cost per call metric helps businesses to keep a track of their cost of transactions
